ANT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY ENTERED THE TOP-10 DEVELOPERS OF MOSCOW REGION BY REVENUE IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021
Based on the data of Rosreestr, www.dataflat.ru portal analysts of the database of new buildings sales and prices prepared a rating of Moscow region developers according to the assessment of revenue from retail sales against co-investment agreements and assignments of flats and apartments in the projects they manage for the first quarter of 2021. * ANT Development entered the TOP-10 leaders and became the leading company in terms of revenue estimation among developers selling only premium real estate.
At the same time, according to analysts of the international consulting company Knight Frank, during the same period in the primary elite real estate market, two ANT Development projects became the leaders in demand among residential complexes: elite-class residential complex Victory Park Residences and premium-class apartment complex “Poklonnaya 9”. Almost half of all transactions in the first quarter were concentrated in two locations, of which Dorogomilovo district, where 27% of all flats and apartments were sold, retained the leading position. *
