Victory Park Residences remains the most popular in Moscow for the third year
For the third year in a row, Victory Park Residences and Poklonnaya 9 by ANT Development have taken the leading positions in the ranking of the most popular elite new buildings in Moscow.
At the end of 2022, they account for 16% of demand. In total, according to NF Group specialists, 860 deals were made in this segment last year.
In the Dorogomilovo area, four out of ten buyers choose Poklonnaya 9 and Victory Park Residences.

In the Victory Park Residences complex, three-room apartments with an area of 100-128 square meters were especially popular.
